NEPA has developed a summit website for more interaction before and during the Summit. An iOS and Android app will be launched before the summit so you can manage your summit experience.

Registration Information

Early bird registration rates are good until December 22, 2024. All payments are due no later than February 11, 2025; if you do not pay by this date your registration will be dropped.

Please be aware that registration is required to attend the Nevada Preparedness Summit and walk-up registrations will not be accepted.

Full summit registration includes lunch on each full day of the summit.

You will need to create a registration account on summit.preparenv.org to register for the summit.

Group Registration (For NEPA Members Only)

We are excited to announce our new group registration rate option, a cost effective way of organizations of three or more individuals, to experience the Nevada Preparedness Summit!

Create an account in our registration portal and select the number of participants. Once payment is complete, you can receive you group code from the Group Information section in your payment dashboard.

Please note that individuals cannot be added to a group registration after the initial group is processed and will not be provided the group discount. Once the group registration is initially processed, the registration for that group is closed. Alternately, individuals already registered, cannot be added to a group registration. Existing registrations cannot be used to enhance the discount of a registering group.

• Full refunds will be available on all cancellations e-mailed (info@preparenv.org) 45 business days or more prior to the start of the event minus a $50.00 processing fee.
• Partial Refunds are available from 30-44 days prior to the event and are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee.
  
• No refunds will be issued 29 days before the first day of the event.   
• Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
