Registration Information

Early bird registration rates are good until January 26, 2024. All payments are due no later than February 16, 2024; if you do not pay by this date your registration will be dropped.

Please be aware that registration is required to attend the Nevada Preparedness Summit and walk-up registrations will not be accepted.

Full summit registration includes lunch on each full day of the summit.

Group Registration

We are excited to announce our new group registration rate option, a cost effective way of organizations of three or more individuals, to experience the Nevada Preparedness Summit!

To register, please submit the completed Group Registration Form to the NEPA Secretary.

Please do not initiate registration into the system if you are opting to use group registration - NEPA will handle this to ensure the proper rates are used.

Please note that individuals cannot be added to a group registration after the initial group is processed and will not be provided the group discount. Once the group registration is initially processed, the registration for that group is closed. Alternately, individuals already registered, cannot be added to a group registration. Existing registrations cannot be used to enhance the discount of a registering group.

• Full refunds will be available on all cancellations e-mailed (info@preparenv.org) 45 business days or more prior to the start of the event minus a $50.00 processing fee.
• Partial Refunds are available from 30-44 days prior to the event and are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee.
  
• No refunds will be issued 29 days before the first day of the event.   
• Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
